This fundraiser for the Peace and Justice Center (PJC) has been cancelled. It is their biggest fundraiser of the year. If you can, please donate to PJC.
The Peace and Justice Center has been hugely supportive of our work this past year at Sonoma Solidarity with Standing Rock. They offer us a free place to meet, they encourage us to write articles about Standing Rock in the Peace Press which publishes 4000 copies in Sonoma County which gives us a forum to reach those readers.
The Peace and Justice Center helps us in other ways whenever and wherever they can. PJC has been the home of meetings and events for many groups here in the county. They publish a calendar via email for the many groups and causes they support. This take a lot of work to compile and keep up to date and it is also extremely helpful when different groups are planning events. We can see at a glance what other events are happening on the date(s) we are considering for planning an event. The calendar helps us keep track of events we may wish to support. This community calendar helps us minimize scheduling conflicts between different group efforts, and maximize our efforts, which is a valuable service for all concerned.
(Unfortunately their annual big fundraiser has been cancelled. Please donate to the center if you can. Thank you!)
This is their annual big fundraiser. Please give all you can. You will be helping not only the PJC but the many, many causes and groups in the county that the organization supports.
Please give generously. And a huge Thank You to the PJC!!!!
